The Infra hub Payroll Hub Extension Service, outlines the terms regarding your use of our products. These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Infra hub so please read carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not register or use any of the Services.
By accessing the extension, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this extension.
In order to operate and provide the Services, we collect certain information about you. We use and protect that information as described in our Privacy Policy
Permission is granted to temporarily install one copy of the extension (information or software) on Infra Hub's extension. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Infra Hub at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these extension or upon the termination of this license, you must uninstall extension in your possession.
This Extension Services are available under subscription plan of one month duration. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription plan or inform us that you do not wish to renew the subscription. At the time of automatic renewal, the subscription fee will be charged to the bank account or Credit Card you provided.
We provide you the option of changing the details if you would like the payment for the renewal to be made through a different Credit Card. If you do not wish to renew the subscription, you must inform us at least seven days prior to the renewal date. If you have not informed us that you do not wish to renew the subscription, you will be presumed to have authorized Infra Hub to charge the subscription fee to the Credit Card last used by you.
If at anytime during your first month using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. From time to time, we may change the price of any Service or charge for use of Services that are currently available charge. Any increase in charges will not apply until the expiry of your then current billing cycle.
Payroll Hub uses Keypay as a payroll app that is constantly updated to current Australian Legislation.
We reserve the right to terminate unpaid user subscription that are inactive for a continuous period of 60 days. In the event of such termination, all data associated with that user subscription will be deleted.
Infra Hub may revise these terms of service for its extension. By using this extension you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
The customer agrees and acknowledges that the use of the extension is at the sole risk of the customer and that the company disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied as to condition, suitability, quality and fitness for any purposes are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Every effort is made to keep the extension up and running smoothly. However, Infra Hub does not responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the extension being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
